The Urban Technology Explorer (UTE) is designed for a general population whose social, economical, spiritual, physical, educational, mental and financial sustainability require that they become aware of the effects of new technologies on urban communities. It is the group's goal to have everyone better understand both communities and technologies so that they can improve the former by intelligently utilizing the latter.
